CSRP endeavours to develop a Professional and Personal Development Program that aims to broaden the background of our students and research staff and allow them to develop a diversity that will result in greater value to the individual as well as to the industries that employ them.
These courses will include both Professional Development topics (e.g. financial management, project organisation and development) and Personal Development (e.g. presentation skills, leadership training). Every effort will be made to collaborate with other CRCs when possible in order to put forward a wide array of course offerings.
The form of the continuing education program ranges from seminars by distinguished visitors, which might be relevant to only one sector of the industry, through to multi-day courses and conferences on very broad topics. As these opportunities develop with the growth of CSRP, they will be publicised here.

One of the key aims of CSRP is to translate the general concepts of sustainability into innovative and tangible performance improvements at operational sites.
As an associate partner, Central TAFE WA will support this educational objective of CSRP by helping to provide education and training programs covering a broad range of sustainable development principles and issues to paraprofessionals, operators and technicians in the mineral processing industry.
See Sustainability Training Pilot (5A1) for more information.
